Conflict of interest
Every decision we make should serve the communities we work with, not personal interests.
Our commitment
Board members and officers are required to disclose any financial or personal interests that could influence their decisions. When a conflict exists, that person steps back from the decision entirely. All disclosures and recusals are documented, and violations may result in removal from decision-making roles.
